SeeScotland is the data controller during any management of data. In the case of package travel, other service providers (eg hotels) also have a data management role. In such a case, the service provider’s privacy statement can be accessed directly by them.
Booking through a travel agency
If you book your trip through a travel agency, your travel agency will send your details to SeeScotland. SeeScotland may, in certain cases, share your name with third parties, such as hotels or museums, but only for the purpose of making reservations. This enables us to carry out high-quality tours.

If you book with SeeScotland, we may need the following information:

– Further information on the health of you and other passengers (eg use of a wheelchair or oxygen bottle) to help us organize your trip perfectly.
