Requests for quotations can be made on our website www.seescotland.co.uk via the “Contact” menu or directly at seescotlandtours2018@gmail.com. We try to send you an individualized offer as soon as possible, but due to the complexity of our service, it may take several days. All our quotes are valid for 72 hours.

Bookings

Bookings can be carried out via our website at www.seescotland.co.uk. In case of any enquiries or problems with online booking, please contact us via email at seescotlandtours2018@gmail.com. The booking will be confirmed from the moment you receive your booking confirmation email. Full payment of the fee will be required at the time of booking and the booking will only be confirmed once we have received the full payment.

Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer. The trip is booked after the bank transfer receipt has been sent electronically or the amount transferred has been received. The booking will be considered accepted if you receive our confirmation e-mail, which will be sent no later than 48 hours after the amount has been transferred.

Our prices

The prices indicated on the website are for information purposes only and include travel and tour guidance. Additional costs (eg. accommodation, tickets, airport transfer, meals) are added on top of this price. The total amount of the trip will be determined based on the route compiled according to your needs. Furthermore, our prices do not include the cost of your flights and travel insurance.

Departure and tour timing

Please, arrive to the pick-up point at least 15 minutes prior to the marked departure time. The check-in for our tours closes 5 minutes prior to the departure time. Please be aware to have all your necessary IDs and travel documents with you. The return times are only estimated, so please keep it in mind when planning further travelling later on.

Luggage

During the trip every passenger can bring a large suitcase and a hand luggage.

Children

We regret that we are not able to transport children under the age of 5, due to the nature of the route.

Community rules

Smoking and consumption of alcohol and hot food is not permitted on the vehicle to ensure an undisturbed journey for each of us, however we offer frequent stops for refreshing.

Customers with disabilities

Due to the type of the vehicle and the nature of the route, we have limited possibilities for customers with disabilities. Please provide us a comprehensive description (seescotlandtours2018@gmail.com) and we will try our best to find a solution.

Insurance

We strongly recommend that passengers have comprehensive travel insurance to avoid any inconvenience. We cannot accept any liability for loss or damage due to weather conditions, traffic problems or mechanical breakdown.

Changes and cancellations of yours

If you would like to change the date and conditions of your booked trip, please let us know at seescotlandtours2018@gmail.com. We will do our best, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fully meet your expectations. If we agree on the change you have requested, a cost will be charged. In each case, we strive for the solution that suits you to the maximum.

If you wish to cancel your booking after receiving the booking confirmation, please notify us by email. In this case, the following cancellation fees apply:

• cancellation more than 10 days before the trip: 10% of the tour price;
• cancellation less than 10 days before the trip: 50% of the tour price;

The amount of the trip price reduced by the cancellation fee will be refunded within a maximum of 5 working from the cancellation email.

Changes and cancellations of ours

While we make every effort to ensure the smooth running of our trips, we reserve the right to modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or traffic problems). The change will be made at least 48 hours before the starting time of the tour, which will be announced in an electronic message. We try our best to find the best possible solution.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

The indicated price of the trips includes the local value added tax (VAT).

Privacy Statement

Please note that some personal information, such as your name, email address and telephone number is required when booking your trip. However, we ensure that the data is used solely for the purpose of processing the booking and will not be disclosed to another party. The personal data provided will be deleted from our system after the trip. All information we request will be handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
